Comments: This game looked like the Badgers came out guns a blazing and we came out as flat as pancake. They just beat us at all phases of the game. Game 2 will test our character and pride.

Comments: This turned out to be the best game of the year. Our kids showed true Jersey pride and determination as they rallied back from a 4 run deficit to take a 8-6 lead into the 7th. We saw tremendous plays and efforts from this team. At the end the Badgers had one more hit and one more run. As a coach you always ask your kids to leave it all out on the field and so many times you are not sure they do this but tonight our kids left it all on the field. I want to thank our 6 seniors for a tremendous year and a great 4 years. This bunch is one of my favorites I have coached here at FHS. So to Nic, Abel, Gavino, Omar, Christian, and Lando thank you for giving me the honor to help you enjoy this great game and guide you into your next step in life. Everyday with you guys were the highlight of my workday. May God bless each one of you with all your dreams and the rest of us the off season starts now. We got a group of players coming back that has a lot of work to do to reach the bar set by this senior bunch but the good news you guys got it in you all. For our fans thank you for always supporting us and remember the sun will come out tomorrow and before you know it we will be getting ready for our new district schedule. So until then, keep em swinging and touch em all.Mr. Pulido, thank you again for all you do for our program. You are an excellent example of what Jersey baseball pride is all about. The time you take to keep this historic website available is second to none. If its God will, I look forward in working with you again next year. God bless you and your family.
P.S. Sorry for the delay this one was the hardest to do, I had many of these kids on varsity for 4 years and it wasn't easy letting go.
