Comments: What a playoff game - 12 innings. We were bad, good, and great tonight. Daniel was off tonight but our defense and offense kept us in the game. Abel came in to give usa chance to win it. We just left too many runners on base tonight and you can’t do that against a good team. Our kids played their hearts out and now we must have a short memory and get ready for 14 innings of Jersey baseball this Saturday as we need two wins to advance to Area.

Comments: What a difference a day makes. Game two was a more typical Jersey baseball game with good pitching and key hitting. Abel came in a nd did a great job on the mound. We got some key hits from people all over the line up. Well, 7 innings down and 7 more to go. The kids did a great job to forget game one and came into game two more relaxed and focused.

Comments: What a game, it had everything in it. Terrible defense, great offense, spotting pitching and then it all came together in the end to advance in the area championship. Give both teams credit no one wanted to go home. This was a great series against a great friend Chuck Pawlek.
